Booking Policy 

 

Standard high tea sessions 

  • We cannot host children under the age or 12yo
  • We don’t offer doggy bags
  • We require 48hr notice of cancellations
  • We cannot refund deposits or gift vouchers if cancelled within 48hr of your bookings
  • You’re welcome to increase numbers but ask 24hr notice. 
  • We do offer refunds if we cannot find a suitable future booking date. 

Group Bookings

  • Your deposit is refundable up until 7 days prior to this event. 
  • You’re welcome to increase numbers but ask 24hr notice. 
  • If guests cannot attend and we don’t receive 48hr notice we don’t charge full price but ask partial payment to cover the food prepared. This food is still served to your group Luxe high tea $50, Chocolate or Petit $30

Last Minute seats

  • These spots are non refundable with the exception of business closure due to covid restrictions

Will my Voucher expiry be extended because of covid restrictions?

Of course! we have already extended their time limit. If you have any issues with voucher numbers please call and we can manually book you in 

Can I bring Children?

NO. There are some fab venues that do accept children, sadly we are not one of them due to the expense of the furnishings and china.  There is exception for newborns in a hand-held carrier only. Sorry no prams

Do you offer takeaway on food I can’t eat?

Sorry, many of our items are temperature sensitive (think cream and refrigeration) in the interest of your health we don’t offer this.  Exception is made for items like cookies, macaron, scones and specially ordered birthday cakes

Can I bring my own cake?

Sure thing, but we ask $5 per person cakage fee to serve. OR Check out our fabulous range of occasion cakes here

Parking?

Sorry we don’t have customer parking, There is free 2hr street parking either on Johnston street or the side streets
