-Caramelised Banana Cremeaux with French earl grey tea granita, coffee sponge cake and hazelnut crumb $20

-Sex in the City Stiletto Cosmopolitan meringue, ruby sponge cake, vodka infused citrus salad, whipped white chocolate cream with lime served in a chocolate stiletto (yes you can take the chocolate high heel home if you don’t want to eat it on the night)  $45
