Friday Dessert Nights

from $25 per head, bookings appreciated

White Night

Lemon Sablee base with lemon ganache and whipped white chocolate cream. Black sesame parfait, sponge and toffee chards. Caramelised white chocolate.  Fresh beetroot and beetroot marmalade with lemon zest. (Drink match with “Ill Posto” DOC prosecco)

French Earl Grey Tea Cremeux

Caramelised cinnamon brioche topped with a French earl grey tea Creamaux. Winter fruits poached in mulled wine. Baked apple, Puff pastry crisps, caramelised hazelnut and nougat semmi freddo (Drink match “Bouchard Aine & Fils” Pinot Noir, France )

Cuban Chocolate Souffle

Classic light and fluffy Souffle. Made with a 70% dark couverture from cuba with notes of tobacco. Served with poached pear, vanilla parfait and a light syrup of mango tea, saffron and vanilla bean. (Drink match “Flame Tree” Cab/sav/merlot/petit verdo, Margret River)

Citron Chocolat – Vegan

Chocolate hazelnut praline bar, chocolate sablee with cacoa nib topped with lemon curd. Blackberry gellee,  vanilla meringue, black sesame sponge, macaron with lemon cream.

(3 pieces) are seasonal and made fresh on the day, they may include Choux Chantilly (profiterole) Verrine (layered fruit/mousse dessert served in glass) Opera cake (layered sponge/cream)  Frangipane fruit tart and an artisan hand-made chocolate of your selection

-Dessert with Wine or liquer hot chocolate or coffee $30

-Degustation of our first 3 desserts with 100ml wine pairing and tea/coffee/hot chocolate and an artisan chocolate – $50 per head
